My name is Nathaniel Drozd and I recently became a learning coach for On Track Customized Learning Solutions. I am super excited to be a part of this team! I grew up in the mountains of southern California near Big Bear in Lake Arrowhead. Having skied and mountain biked for the majority of my life; I figured I should try motocross. I have been an avid rider/racer since 2000 and this coming year I plan on making the jump into the vet intermediate class.
My teaching experience has come from both my parents being life-long educators. I received my educational spark from them and have been teaching in the public schools for five years. I received my teaching credential from Cal State San Marcos, in northern San Diego, and quickly moved back to the mountains of Lake Tahoe where I have been teaching for five years. I received my Masters in Education in 2006 in Curriculum and Instruction and applying this education to a custom learning environment is really exciting.
My passions are active, outdoor adventure sports and On Track is my way of combining what I love to do with my career in education. This is truly a dream job, working with aspiring professional athletes and being involved in the sports I love!
