As On Track assistant, I work with students to help them achieve their goals in school. My job responsibilities include office filing and organization, correcting course work, and communicating with families when needed. I started working for On Track when I was 14 when we were traveling to my brother's races and I was also going through the program.
As one of the first graduates of On Track, I am continuing my virtual education through the University of Phoenix. I am currently studying Business Management and I find the opportunity to continue to work at On Track helpful as I am able to put systems into place to help organize this growing business.
I plan on attending the nationals with my mom where On Track provides families with educational solutions. I enjoy my position at On Track because it allows me to follow my own dreams as well as continue to travel the world.
